Q1. To what extent do you think is it necessary for the leader of a multicultural team to be familiar and accustomed with the culture of each member of the team ?
Q2. To what extent do you consider that Transcultural competence is crucial when managing and leading a multicultural and diversified team. Are we born with or we can acquire this competence. Discuss.
• Stereotypes, Negotiations, Conflicts
Q3. People tend to use Stereotypes in different situations (Meetings, Negotiations with people from different cultures ...). Explain the reasons and how this may lead to conflicts.
• Cultural differences and decision making
Q4. How culture is affecting the way the countries are coping with the current pandemic.
Choose a country and use the cultural values / dimensions to analyze how the country is dealing with Corona Virus?
Project Working Guidelines
A. Project Structure
It is recommended that your project report have the following structure in the order provided here.
1. Table of Contents
Table of contents should contain titles and page numbers for the main sections and subsections of your report. The table of contents should also include entries for any appendices in your report.
It consists of presenting your organization, the subject and the objectives of your project. You should also present the different questions and issues you will have to discuss in this project.
3. Report Body
This is the central and main part of the project which contains the answers to the different questions asked above. Grammar and spellings are important.
In the conclusion you should summarize the main results/answers obtained through your analysis.
Give references for the data collected from textbooks, articles, magazines, a reviews or websites identifying the sources while using the appropriate form. In the references section, references should be in a numbered list, ordered alphabetically by the last name of the first author.
