JOB SCOPE
• Plan, organize, direct, co-ordinate and manage the various activities of the Real Estate Development in Muscat, Salalah and Regional Airports

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Market the Real Estate Development opportunities to both the international and local markets.
• Prepare and present agreements and leases
• Show Real Estate and properties to perspective tenants, develop, negotiate, administer and monitor airport lease agreement and terms and conditions.
• Analyzing information about government zoning rules and regulations, future property values, taxes, population growth and traffic volume around the airport(s) property
• Co-ordinate with Muscat Municipality and contractors.
• Monitor insurance compliance requirements.
• Monitor and recommend approval, denial or discontinuance of facility usage; ensures authorized
• Monitors feedback from tenant of occupied premises concerning tenant inquiries, requests, complaints and/or performance deficiencies.
• Respond to and manage tenant requests for authorization to alter leased space and requests to change the terms and conditions of agreements
• Monitor and ensure appropriateness of sublease occupancies; and conducts exit inspections at termination of leases.
• Monitor and track rental and lease payments and other property payments
• Review and approve tenant improvement project plans to ensure conformance with Muscat Municipality and Oman Airports standards, policies and procedures

• Negotiate business arrangements for reimbursable tenant improvements
• Prepare status reports on economic and operational aspects of leases and agreements and evaluate financial statements and proformas.
• Development and negotiation of lease agreements and terms.
• Tracking the performance of commercial property and ensure that real estate investments accomplish their anticipated revenues
