To allow the students to be exposed and familiar with wide range of ICT solutions related to Transport Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and other solutions related to logistics business software that provides the students a skill and confidence to work with the variety of tasks in their careers.
Task 1. Work Proposal
Submit a work proposal for this assignment or before 27/10/2021 which must include:
- Understanding of deliverables - a detail description of deliverables.
- A detailed work breakdown with realistic timeline and description of each activity/work towards the completion of the given tasks.
The work proposal must be submitted in a word file through the link available in Moodle.
Task 2. BPMN
Select at least two (2) Business Process/Sub-Process from each of the following Major Components in Logistics Management. And draw a Business Process modelling Notation (BPMN) for each process with a brief explanation on the process flow.

Register in the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) titled "Smart Cities - Management of Smart Urban Infrastructures" and write a detailed reflection about the Smart Cities within the context of management of urban infrastructures. The challenges and opportunities associated with the Smart urban infrastructures such as Smart urban transportation and Smart urban energy systems. In-text citations from other references are expected to support your reflection.
Task 4. Report and Documentation. Format must follow all the rules & regulations, and guidelines in the assignment. Grammar and spelling of introduction and conclusion must be clear and accurate. Table of contents and Student Declaration of Coursework must be available in the final report. In-text citations and references must be in APA (7th Edition) Referencing style.
